Community Participatation
Feelings of loneliness due to disconnect can cause distress to anyone. This may lead to challenges participating in the community.
Our Psych Informed Support Workers are here to help you get back into the community, at your pace. Along with the goal of restoring a sense of belonging and connectedness to society. They will suggest and coordinate activities to keep you active and connected in the community.
All activities are designed based on your choice.

We know how important your daily routines are. Our Psych Informed Support Workers are here to help prompt and assist you to complete your morning and evening routines, the way you’re comfortable.

Life Coaching
It’s easy to lose track of what you want to do in life, in a world of distraction and disconnection. Our Psych Informed Support Workers can help you reconnect with your aspirations. They will help you guide you to your purpose, core values and personal goals.
Therapy Assistance
Assist the progression of your short and long term therapeutic goals. We also offer social skill coaching, community re-engagement and participation, and motivation coaching.
We make sure:
You utilise social intervention; but also therapeutic intervention
To accompany you while you partake in the therapy
Actively engage and connect with your support network. Psych Informed Support Worker(s), Psychotherapists and / or third party Psychotherapists. This ensures connectivity, continuity, and effectiveness of therapy.
